By accessing or using LostJobs.AI ("we", "us", or "the Service"), including the app at app.lostjobs.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. User Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information and CV data are strictly protected.
  • We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond providing and improving the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All site content (text, graphics, logos, code, AI-generated output) is owned by LostJobs.AI or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

4. User-Generated Content

  • You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or generate on LostJobs.AI.
  • CV uploads, analysis requests, and prompts remain private by default and will not be displayed publicly.
  • If you explicitly share content (e.g. via the "Share this analysis" button), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that shared content in connection with the Service.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

  • The Service may contain links to third-party sites.
  • We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party materials, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.

6. Purchases & Refunds

  • Paid credits ("Pro Analysis") are non-transferable and tied to your account.
  • Paid credits do NOT expire.
  • If the AI fails to produce a result, your credit is NOT deducted — you are only charged on successful delivery.
  • Free daily analyses expire 24 hours after they are produced. Paid analyses are retained indefinitely.
  • If your account is banned for policy violation, unused credits may be refunded upon appeal and verification.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not submit CVs that are not your own without the subject's consent.
  • Do not attempt to use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
  • Do not use the Service to generate content for illegal or commercial-impersonation purposes.
  • We may suspend accounts engaged in prompt injection, scraping, abuse, or API misuse.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.
  • AI-generated career analyses and advice are for general information only. They are not professional career, legal, financial, or medical advice.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
