Zhejiang Humanoid x Jack Technology, May 13: The World's Largest Sewing-Machine Maker Just Booked 2,000 NAVIAI Humanoid Robots — the First Mass-Scale Humanoid Deployment in Global Apparel, and the Industry That Outran Robots for 200 Years Finally Lost the Race to a ±2mm Tolerance and a 41-DoF Spec Sheet

On May 13, Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center signed a 2,000-unit order from Jack Technology — the world's largest sewing-machine maker — for the NAVIAI humanoid customised for garment lines. Cut-piece alignment ±2mm, motion precision 0.3–0.5mm, single-step under 10 seconds, polo through denim, multi-layer stacking. The industry that beat robots for two centuries — soft, draping, non-rigid fabric — just lost its hardest assembly task to a 1.65m / 60kg / 275-TOPS bipedal.
