South Korea's KAPEX program is the first major humanoid initiative to publish what 「state of the art」 actually means today: 30% task completion, 3–4 minutes of operation per day. The 2030 target — 90%+ completion, 8 hours daily, for a month — anchors the whole 50.4B-won, 11-institution program.
